Honours boards come in many sizes, colours, and its lettering can be done with a variety of techniques. We can match all of these to your pre existing boards or help you design new ones.
Gold Leaf Gilding is commonly used on Honours Boards. Vinyl text even when using “Encapsulated Gold Leaf” does not have the same lustre. Black shading and/or outline is also often applied, mainly to headings, but if the finish of the board is very light a shadow might be required for all entries.
Gilding is undertaken at premises, or honours boards can be brought to our workshop by appointment. Honours Board Repair can also be done to existing names that may be out of style or spelt wrong.
