Digital Printing enables images and 3D effects to be added to Signs, Shopfonts, Windows and Vehicles. Sometimes the entire substrate panel is printed, or the sign face is digitally coated in one piece. These will sometimes have an extra anti-graffiti/UV protection layer which can enable matt, gloss or satin finishes. Our thermal imaging Gerber Edge equipment linked to the Vinyl Plotter enables printing and contour cutting to be combined. This result in graphics shaped to fit that enable the original vehicle finish or substrate to be displayed, this is more cost-effective than vehicle wrapping and there are no visible square edges. Signs which historically would have been screen printed; such as Estate Agency For Sale / To Let boards, can now be produced onto corrugated foam plastic, with more variety and in smaller quantities than would have been economically sensible in the past. This is because of the ability to import and print computer created designs rather than use a hand cut or photo stencil technique each time a print run was required.

As well as pictorial images this technology also enables us to re-create vehicle graphics for mid-century cars such as MG Metro models , BMWs and FIAT X-19 both for exterior decals -which would probably originally have been screen printed- and also interior reverse-printed stickers for BMC Leyland windscreen or rear screen glass. The use of silver and gold “foils” also enhances Crests for Honours Boards and can be reversed for glass work. We can also produce stickers and labels to a multitude of sizes and shapes.
